Do I Need to Buy Minecraft Again on a New Pc

If you have whatever other Launcher on your computer other than the ane found on Mojang's official website you must outset exercise the post-obit:
1 - Delete the Launchers that exist on your reckoner that are not official Mojang;
2 - Restart your computer;
3 - Download the original software once more and install:
https://www.minecraft.net/en-u.s./download
If you don't accept another Launcher on your computer or have already deleted:
ane - Open Minecraft Laucher;
2 - If yous are already logged in, click on your image and Gamertag in the upper left corner of the screen then on "Logout";
3 - If you are already logged out or non logged in to your business relationship, delete all accounts registered in Launcher by clicking on the "10" side by side to each account;
4 - In Minecraft Launcher, enter the email and countersign of your Microsoft account!

I can't access the launcher or delete the accounts registered in it without logging back into my account though. when I click "log out" it just brings me to the login screen with the microsoft/mojang login buttons. am I doing something wrong?

Hmmm I advise you try these basic troubleshooting steps!
Open up Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;
Click Cheque for Updates;
Click the Download and Install At present option, if available;
As well, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.
Then effort this:
Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on information technology and select advanced options.
After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and endeavor again.
Then do the same for the Xbox app:
Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.
After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.
If it still doesn't work yous're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell control, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will inquire yous to download and install the game services again :
In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as ambassador > Blazon the command: "become-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Await for the process to finish and so restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, information technology will ask yous to install the gaming services once again, install it and endeavour again.
